Could plugs be vapor locked

Plugs don't vapor lock, the fuel gets hot and goes from a liquid to a gas state in the fuel system and that will cause vapor lock. Also on today's fuel injected engines vapor lock is pretty much a thing of the past. If you got it VERY hot the head gasket or other parts could have been damaged.
