Will a 2013 engine go in a 2001 its a v6? 3.8 to 3.7

will a 2013 mustang 3.7 v6 motor fit in a 2001
mustang 3.8 v6? If so what all do I need as far as
wire harness and etc?

Those are two completely different engines. The swap is probably possible but the cost would be very high if you cannot do all the work yourself. If you attempt such a project get a complete, running donor car. Maybe one that was rear ended.
