It might fit, but isn't worth the hassle of installing it. You will have to change out more than the engine. Wiring harness, ECM, exhaust ,etc. Find another 4.0L or if you want anther engine and a good project, install a 4.6L or a 5.0L in it.
It will physically fit. Getting it running will be difficult.
