I put new distributor with everything new inside new button new cap and I change the external coil when you say the big wire going to distributor you're not talking about the wire that comes off the coil right

I know rotor button is turning fuel pump is coming on just no fire I will check that wire when I get home if I get off in time

I just check the voltage on The Wire coming out the main harness the highest I can get is a 0.12

I checked the big plug that has four wires not the one coming off the coal with 2 wires

I just unplugged the main wire coming to the coil from the wiring harness and I'm only getting .02

I have check the voltage on a and b and a b c and d and cannot get 12 volts

It's your ICM! Under the distributor cap you will find it. Two connectors to it. Replace that
