Could be debris or moisture coming into contact with the wiring harness connectors to the horn, the horn is located in the engine compartment in the front (driver side), where it's exposed to such. Take a look and see if the connection is free and clear. The terminals are exposed so anything conductive could cause it to short making the horn blow.
