Driver's side brake light and turn signal

2003 Grand Caravan driver's side rear
brake light and turn signal does not work
when lights are on

Blinks very faint and also on passenger side it blinks. Only when lights are on. Also looks like the Red wire from connector is out

check all bulbs for hot spots, look for melted plastic on bulbs. replace bulb if so. scrape off all connection points if there is build up. grease all points, 2 on bulb and all points on connector and tail light fixture. hope that helps. fyi- my 04 driver side blinker and break did not work. I found problem to be on passenger side.
