find one with 108000 miles for 699900 is this a good price and a good car

I will have a 2003 SE for sale in about 2 weeks.It has 140000 miles,2.7 newly rebuilt tranny,gray exterior and interior[has 60/40 front seat it was an option]Car is in good shape only one dent in door [size of a baseball]you can hardly tell it.good tires,cold air.I can send you pictures if you like on cell phone.don't no how on computer.I bought the car from a friend who got laid off from his job and was in a bind for money.I don't really need another car and if it can help someone else ,let it be. $3200 as is 0n 2003 dodge Intrepid SE Not a salvaged title S.E.
