Can I switch the driver and passanger seat?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

We have a 2000 Durango and the driver's seat is so broken down that it
triggers my mom's old back injury and she really can't drive. We won't have
money to get a replacement seat for a while. So, is it possible to switch the
seats?

You could try but I doubt it will work and the seat controls would be on the wrong side. Try junk yards or Craig's list and you might find a decent seat cheap.
