Is there an emergency shut off that has to be turned on after replacing fuel pump?

I replaced the fuel pump today. Now the 2000 dodge caravan will not start.

Do you know where the emergency switch for the fuel system is.?

See do it has a fuel pump module. Double check the plugs where the wire harness
