Whats wrong if my dodge stratus will run for a little bit then it will just die and wont start.

If it die's when the engine reaches normal temps after running, then restarts when it cools down I would start at the Camshaft sensor.

When it dies, squirt a shot of starting fluid into the intake. If it fires, you have spark. I would suspect a problem with the coils but don't go changing parts until you narrow it down. Get the codes read at the parts store.
