What causes vibrations only when it rains

Tire/wheels may need balanced. Tires may have issues. Brake disk rotors can vibrate, most time its when applying the brakes.

if its wheel vibration then i would say go with enginecreators answer if not and its engine vibration if could be water intrusion either into a sensor or through a vaccum leak sucking in water.
