need to change the spark plugs on a 97 stratus. How do I get to the ones in the back?

In the front of the engine, you will see a "dog bone" as it is called. Remove the fron bolt, jack the engine from the rear underneath, and the engine will tilt forward. This will allow you just enough room to get to the plugs

If this is for the V6, you need to remove the intake manifold. Don't bother trying to tilt the engine, this is more work. Keep in mind though, you will need a new manifold gasket when putting the intake manifold back on. Go to www.stratusphere.net for more help and info.
