Help! I have a 1989 mercury sable 3.0L
The car stalled while driving and since hasnt
started. I checked the fuel pressure and there was
none. I also couldnt hear the pump prime. There is
a spark. So i figured it was the fuel pump. I
replaced the fuel pump and it still wont start. There
is still no psi in fuel pressure and i still cant hear
the pump prime.

Check for a blown fuel pump fuse or the fuel pump wiring harness is bad and needs to be replaced.
