Where can I get interior parts and electrical switches?

I would like to replace the radio/CD/Tape player (I love this OEM player, but some parts of it don't work anymore), the front door panels, the electrical switches in the front doors, and the interior carpeting.

The stereo , as you said is OEM. The only way to get replacements is the dealer, or a junkyard.
