Does anyone know where I can get new rear heater pipes for a 1993 Grand Caravan? These run underneath the van and supply fluid to the rear heater core.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My originals crapped out a few months ago. Chry Co no longer makes or stocks replacements. Neither does any parts warehouses. I have checked local scrap yards, no luck. The three or four vans that actually had the rear heat had pipes in worse shape than mine. Any suggestions?

just go to your mechanic,he will be able to fix it,or you could get one out of one at a salvage yard.

you can just go to your local autoparts store and buy a length of heater hose, cut it to length and connect it to the metal pipes on the supply end of the system and to the heater core on the other end with hose clamps, then secure it to the bottom of the van good, its much easier than going to your mechanic to get the OEM part installed and it will work just as good, and last much longer, and be much much cheaper
