When I let of the clutch my turn signal fuse blows.

You have an electrical short. Start by getting under the dash and steering column. Take a look at the clutch pedal arm all the way up to the firewall and make sure you have no wires rubbing the arm.

Move the pedal to the floor and make sure its not touching any wires while traveling to the floor.
