You can get a order just the replacement glass from Burco redi cuts. Retail should run you about $15-$20 for you vehicle. If you don't want to do it yourself, call a local auto glass company, and expect to pay only about $75 for the service call. I would not suggest contacting a large nationwide company as suggested about for this, because I believe you will end up paying close to $150. Just because they are bigger, it doesn't always mean better!
