WON'T START!!!

I bought a 95 dodge ram van (318 engine). It starts and runs like a top, my problem is when I kill it, it won't start back up...it just keeps turning over. It doesn't get hot or anything like that. Any suggestions would be deeply appreciated...

check the automatic shutdown relay. When i don't start is the check engine light on?

I have a 1999 dodge ram van 3500 I replaced the serpentine belt. After that it started losing power an now it won't start
