93 Dodge Dakota vapor lock?

I have a 93 dodge Dakota with the v6 I had the fuel pump go out so I replaced that ever since once it warms up if you shut it off to go in the store when you come back out the only way to get it to start is to relieve the pressure out of the fuel rail with the valve. what is causing this?

Fuel pressure valve on fuel rail.
