Why am I having starting issues?

I’m having trouble with my 2000 mustang v6
manual , I’ve switched out the battery , power wire
terminal , the sensor that also goes down to the
starter , I changed the starter as well along with the
relays , new key lock , ignition switch I’ve checked
the fuses everything’s good but when I start the car
over it it has full voltage on the dash battery etc but
doesn’t crank anyone think they know what it could
be?
