i have no manual and a truck where the fuel gauge sits at empty all the time. just purchased truck. it is a
2 door, v6, 3.9L 2 wheel drive with standard cab and standard 8 foot bed. i would like to know how

I for get how I found mine but my 1998 dodge dakota is a single cap with a regular box and it has a 24 gal tank. They come with either a 24 or 15 gal tank
I have a 1995 Dodge Dakota Sport: Standard cab/ 2wd/ 3.9 V6/ Automatic. I thought I was getting 17 miles per gal., and I thought I have a 22 gal. tank. I ran out of gas just an hour ago at 234 miles. Turns out I have a 15 gal. tank and mileage is 15 mpg. - advertised mileage. By the way, gas gauge doesn't work which is why I been calculatin it.
I have a truck like Harveyman has but I only get about 11 miles to a gal. Any suggestions

I requested the build sheet from FCA and it came back stating that my 1996 Dodge dakota 3.9L V6 SLT came with a 52 and 28.5 dual tanks... how is that even possible?
