The leak turned out to be in the fuel pressure diaphragm that connects to the fuel rail. No leaks were found in the fuel rail or injectors. This part was replaced and expensive since I could only get it from the dealer, The second issue of poor idling turned out to be the throttle body solenoid just behind the throttle body lets in air at idle since the throttle body butterfly valve is closed. The solenoid only needed to be cleaned after 14 years due to carbon build up, I used throttle .body cleaner and it is inexpensive.

I believe the fuel pressure regulator is the proper part I needed to replace.
