My battery was dead so i got a jump let it run for about 20mins to charge it the altator gauge said it was charging but when i went out to stsrt it it eas dead is it my battery ?

I have something draining my battery so i
disconnect postive cable when i turn if off a
jump has always start it and as long as i
took off cable and pit back on ehen i was
ready to drive it it work fine

Check all battery cables for corrosion and make sure they're tight. If all cables are good and tight, drive it to your local auto parts store so they can check charging system, alternator may not be putting out enough charge
