Idles but stalls when put in gear

Several things to check, first would be to take out the idle air control valve, then take the throttle body off and clean the IAC port and throttle body good with carburetor cleaner, and replace the base gasket. The fuel injection pressure regulator may be faulty, try pulling the vacuum line off of it, plug the vacuum line, this would create more fuel pressure for checking it. Replace the fuel filter also is a must.
