Bob are you talking bout the 06? they told me the 03 rims and tire would work though what do u think?r should i just stick with the original cause i really like the way the 03 rims look

If you are putting 2003 up wheels on a 1999 they are not the same offset. There is nearly a 40mm difference so they won't fit properly. It is 1992 to 2002 that will work correctly according to the link I provided.

I tried putting my 06 Vic wheels on my 2002Vic. Bolted on properly so I thought I was good to go. Went to pull off and it wasn't happening. Offset was totally wrong... Got nothing but scrubbing.
