I DONT HAVE CRUSE NOW BUT I WAS TOLD ALL I HAD TO DO WAS CHANGE STEERING WHEELS AND TELL THE COMPUTER THAT I HAVE CRUSE IS THIS RIGHT

Doesn't sound right. How do you 'tell' the computer it has cruise. Do you have to tell the computer you have a new wheel as well? Doesn't seem logical, but I could be wrong.

You need to have a garage who has the correct equipment and software who can reprogram the car cruse control system, this calibrates it. Just so you know all CV Police interceptors come with crude control built in, however it isn’t activated on some of them. This comes down to the police departments individual specs when buying the cars.
