I have a 2004 Envoy. When shifting from reverse to drive, there is a 2-3 second hesitation until it engages. Fluid level is fine. Any suggestions?

I have a 2004 Envoy.  When shifting from reverse to drive, there is a 2-3
second hesitation until it engages.  Fluid level is fine.  Any suggestions?

Also with that, service would be the trany fluid & filter changed with the Trans X added with new fluid.

I have a 2005 GMC envoy I have to shift back and forward to get the transmission to engage when it finally engages it changes gears fine
