Can you hear the blower motor through the different speeds?

Not from the front vents. The defrost works. The rear air works great.

If you can hear the blower at least working, your actuators are probably blown for the fronts. Prior to this happening, did you unhook the battery for any reason?

No the battery was not disconnected. When I change the modes for the air I do not hear any clicking from the actuator. The rear air blows great.

May have been the actuators time to go then. They're a pain in the butt. When you say rear air blows great, does that mean you have an Envoy with the long wheel base (3rd row seating) or the EXT version? If so, you have a seperate blower for the rear. Trying to make sure your front blower is working or not. If indeed you have the Envoy with 3rd row, turn the rear system off. Now try and run the front system, do you hear the blower at all? If not, it's an easy fix.

I have a 2002 GMC Envoy and blower sounds like it’s blowing but nothing comes out. I hear a continual clicking noise like something is trying to do something. Any advice?

We also have 04 envoy last summer no air was coming through the front vents. After dealer 2 actuators they work. But the other problem with the ac just quite working especially when its really hot still happens. The air blowing through the vents is hotter than outside temps. Ideas?

i have front air but not back air. it is hot air coming out the back vents.
