I have a 2003 Sonoma Gmc pickup that will not allow me to turn the key in the ignition. I have tried rocking the truck while turning the Ignition. Any suggestions? This is a new issue.

The problem could be in the ignition lock cylinder, or just a worn out key - do you have a spare key to try? http://www.asap-locksmith-buffalo-ny.com/asap-how-to-unlock-car-steering-wheel.html

Thank you, I am going to try my spare key. If it's the ignition lock cylinder does that mean it needs to be replaced? Thanks for the feedback.
