Why is my 1999 ford windstar still overheating after replacing thermostat and radiator its heating up faster than before no heat coming out of vents and coolant bubbles out of reservoir when hot why?

The car is not leaking but someone else said it could he as simple as radiator cap is this a possibility also how do you bleed system?

Thank you Tom ome more thing I just replaced coolant yesterday after replacing thermostat will I be able to bleed without adding new coolant
