Look on your door or door jam the acceptable tire sizes will be listed there. Also the tires that are on it will have the size on them.
Do you want to go bigger or just need to replace? if you want the same size then look on the current tires. If you wanna go bigger you can get a body lift for ~$250 and fit a little bigger tires on.
I need snow tires for my truck but the size on the truck can not be found and some sale man is telling me that other size will fit but are they safe to put on my truck so i would like to know what size tires are safe to put on it
If my book is right there were two OEM tire sizes depending on your wheel package. For 2-wheel drive models... The base option should be... P235/75R16 106S Or with an option package...(Sorry doesn't specify what the option, just that it was an option) P255/70R16 109S For 4 wheel drive models....... The base option should be... P245/75R16 109S Optional.... P265/75R16 114S On a side note if your tire guy can't look this up, or find the tire sticker, you need to go somewhere else. That's like hiring a carpenter who doesn't know how to plug his saw in.
What size tires does a 2014 GMC Sierra use? And where can I find used ones?
