Jack and spare tire when purchasing a used truck on adealer lot

I bought a used 07. Gmc Sierra 4x4 at a dealership
has a spare tire but no Jack or extension rod to
lower down the spare tire is it the law when
purchasing a used truck on dealership it should
have jack

Is it a law?! lol- no, there is no law that the truck even has to run the next day when you try to start it- the law is: bought as is, NO guarantees- if you wanted a truck with a jack, why didn't you BUY a truck with a jack?!
