truck will start but it dies 5 seconds later

my truck will start but it wont stay running for more then 5 seconds. if i try to start it about
15-20 times eventually it stays running..it died today driveing, it just died. but it started
back up after bout 5 tries..could an oxygen sensor do this? i coded it and 44 came
up..oxygen sensor to lean

Id try the fuel system first . replace the fuel filter and do a gas pressure check it should be abt 40 to 50 pounds on that truck. if lower reading than that it could need a fuel pump. hope this helps.

yep.. thank you..just replace the filter a month ago.but am thinkin its the fuel pump. i had to take it in...need my truck for work..so im biting the bullet this time..
