Run some seafoam throgh it sonds like the injectors in the throtle body are starting to clogg
Plus chaeck all vacume lines and make sure you have good spark. Electonic ignition will break down when they get hot. Than they are fine when they cool off
Could all so be the choke is not opening all the way when it is hot. Thats why it would run good cold and bad when hot
On 95 models where the top radiator hooks to engine there is a two wire temp sensor mounted close to the thermostat housing. the sensor could be going bad and will cause engine to run bad or not at all, and some times it will not set a code. Sensor,s are not that expensive.
