1991 gmc sierra overheats and cold air blowng

My 91 gmc sierra is overheating and blowing cold air. Its 9
degrees here and my overflow is frozen.HELP PLEASE

Radiator coolant is probably frozen. I would let it idle for a few minutes to let the overflow bottle thaw out. Then check the coolant level.

That's correct. And since your coolant is freezing at 9 degrees, you better add pure, undiluted, unmixed coolant until the concentration brings your freezing point down to -35 degrees F.

check your antifreeze fluid make sure it's full I've seen some strange things with cooling systems
