1991 gmc sierra

I  put a brand new motor in it, New starter and
when I turn the key on I get nothing. Check the
wiring everything was hooked up correctly, but
truck want start and I don't get no sound or nothing
from the starter.

First start by checking at the starter if power is going threw the small wire on the solenoid when someone is turning the key to the start position. If there is no power, then just need to trace back to make sure the wire is good. Possible it may have something to do with the neutral safety switch. May be out of adjustment, since you put a new motor in.
