phone has come up on the radio display on my 1999 ford focus and I cant listen to the radio or cd

I have a 1999 ford focus and on the radio display it says Phone. I can no longer listen to the radio or cds.... any ideas please?

Disconnect the battery for about a half hour.

Or you can hit setting,s and take it off phone mode.Morning,, Bmark.

Neither of the two "solutions" worked for me. You can't do anything but turn the "phone" display on and off with the volume/on/off button. Can't get into menu or anything else. Disconnected battery for 20 minutes, no change.
