I have a 2003 Ford Focus SE and the radio recently stopped working properly. It stays on one channel but constantly acts like its skipping, won't let me change the station, turn the volume up or.....

Use the CD player. It stays on when the car
is shut off. The only way to turn it off is to
pull the fuse out. Its a factory radio and has
worked fine until 4 days ago. Originally, I
thought it was due to the -35 degree temps
we had (vary rare) but its now 50 degrees
and still doing the same thing. Any ideas?

It's time to replace it.You can find a good used one on ebay.
You don't think it could be bad wiring somewhere? I thought all radios shut off when the car went off no matter what. Bummer, I don't really have the money for a radio since the water pump just went. Its going to cost a ton. Thanks for the advice!
No. The on off button has went bad in the radio. The radio is easy to change.
Ebay has cheap prices
Thank you! Does it make a difference that mine looks nothimg like that?
Its a CD player. All the buttons are different and has an LCD screen. I'mstarting to think it wasn't the original one because I had my husband pull it out and it says its an 04 on the radio.
The radio that is on ebay will plug into the factory harness and you should be good to go.
