2004 Accord timing chain broke, what is the sugested to repair?

You engine is probably ruined. The Accord in 2004 every engine is "interference", there is not enough tolerance for the engine to rotate and pistons will collide with open valves, sorry for that news. So if a mechanic tells you you need a new/rebuilt engine, or even 'top end' he is telling the truth

Exactly what engine? Some accords have a belt, and some a chain, in 2004 and it is very unusual for a chain to break, but possible, either way, if you have mistaken belt for chain, same result. This is a 2004 Accord engine ..click the picture
