Honda Accord won't start after tune up

I turned my 2004 Honda
Accord off and changed the
spark plugs and wires and now
it won't start

Well my son is the one who done it and he even put the old ones back in and it act like it wants to start but doesn't and he said he didn't knock any wires off he says he put the sedges solution on the plugs and changed the wires one at a time and it wouldn't start after that

I'm going to check it out when I get home or probably in the morning cause it's already night here and I need to be able to see and I'll check to see if maybe by chance he knocked a wire loose or will that stuff you put on the plugs to keep them from
