What would cause my Odyssey to shake once in while only between the speeds of 40km/hr and 60 km/hr?

It's like the gas isn't getting through but once I take my foot off of the gas the shaking stops and then I can resume speed again. I've used several liquid treatments to clean the gas lines. Nothing shows up on the diagnostic tester when I test it.

have you checked the fuel and air filters?

also nothing will show up on a diagnostic tester unless there is a check engine light or other dash warning light on
