Do i have to do the timing chain if i change water pump

I think you are talking about the drive belt. A car doesn't have both a time chain and a fabric belt. It has one or the other. Theres always a belt on the water pump for it is pulley driven. If you feel your belt is old then change it. Look in the underside of it for cracks.
