D light was flashing as well as jerking while driving it ?

My cousin is thinking the trans fluid is just low but
the d on my dash was flashing he cleared the code
with his machine p1750 was the code he added
tran fluid but its still doing it what can it be?

There are a few possible causes....I am attaching a screenshot of a list of causes. But dont forget it could always be a short in the wiring as well
