Cars are built to be driven....so do so! If i had that car i would drive it all the time.....no questions asked.

Daily driver ya, winter depends on your winters cause i wouldn't drive it down here in Montreal when you get 2 feets of snow in 1 day.

my father has an Aston Martin DB9 Volante and he puts about 5,000 miles per year on it and its spectacular! I believe that the V8 has the same sick sound and probably just as sick!

Yes, Peter: it can work as a daily driver. The clearance is better than on the DB9 so most everyday situations are OK, e.g. driveways or even the second floor of a parking building. Mileage is not bad—better than what you might expect for a V8 due to the relative lightness of the car. I’d say 5,000 miles would be perfect per annum for the V8 Vantage.

I would keep the car as a weekend motor and have something else for the week
