Obviously they all look the same and are ridiculously heavy especially for Superrcars, but the main thing is that they all perform differently.

The difference is the cars they are aimed at. The Vantage is intended to be a competitor to the 911 in the way it performs. It is intended to be a less "cock" car for buyers who want great performance at a great price. Despite the fact the Porsche is lighter and faster the Aston just looks horn and sounds like a banshe getting kicked in the nuts, One of the Vantages best qualities is that it isnt a 911 which really helps it sell. The DB9 is aimed squarely at the large grand tourers like the Bently Continental, Maserrati Quatroportte and the big Benzs and Beamers. It undercuts the Bently for value and weighs much less and just also has that look that the Maser and the German gear cant touch. The DBS is the new flagship which is actually slower then the car it replaces (Vanquish S) this car is a mix between the Vantage and the DB9 in that it ofers performance and fantastic grand touring abilities that make this car quite unique and hard to compare with anything else some will say Ferrari 599 but Aston dont like that. The way i see it if you have to dosh and really want one (DBS or any Aston) you wont cross shop it and that is what Aston is banking on

^^^^^* what he said! Great description of the Aston brand. Aston stands by itself in looks and replaces the plain ole Magoooooo of Porsches and other mainstream cars that all look the same like Benz and BMW's as well.
