replaced ignition key barrel

Hi can anyone help me please.   I replaced ignition
key barrel and ecu .  Car Cranks but wont start.

Take the fuse out for the ECU ~15Amp and the one labeled Backup ~7.5Amp and leave them out for 10 minutes. Then put them back in (if they are blown, replace them with new fuses). Try and start the car and if it starts let it idle for 10 minutes. This process should reset the ECU.
