2000 Honda accord 162000 miles automatic. shifting rough in to first gear to second gear and third to fourth. the timing belt was changed in 2013. is this a sign that the transmission is out??

2000 Honda accord 162000 miles automatic,  the shifting in to gears is rough does this mean the transmission is going out??

RE: tranny --- can always get your transmission drained and new filter installed as a first step. I don't like flushing .
