I need 2 take off my pulleys 2 get at my timing belt need 2 know if the bolt holding the pulleys on is it righty tighty lefty loosey proper procedure? b16a2 v-tec motor

Yes when we took the pulleys off of my rsx we had to hold the pulley still to keep it from rotating so we could loosen it. Hope this helps.
Buy yourself the special tool for taking off the harmonic balancer. It's worth the price in time, blood and broken things. And all bolts are standard.

Check with your local auto parts store and see if they will loan the harmonic balancer tool.
it is normal it is not reverse thread so just like normal. get a impact gun and a 19mm I believe. I use a dewalt 18v impact gun and only once or twice have I had it not do the job but thats when you use a air impact gun and that always works for me. if you are doing your timing belt then once the bolt is out make sure you put the engine back at tdc.
