Problem with driver's seat

The back of the driver's seat can no longer be adjusted and won't lock in any position.  
how can this be fixed?

My Hyundai the driver seat broke well driving lock that holds the seat in position let go seat came off the tracks and hit three cars on the high way after Hyundai told me nothing was wrong with it, my lawyer says i have a lawsuit against Hyundai, and Hyundai knows the driver seat fall apart, they are the same seat from the 2000 - 2003 Hyundai that where re-called the locking system on seat fail...
