radio presets wont save after new battery install

I have checked and replaced fuses even though fuses weren't bad.  how do I fix?

I believe there is a code you need to enter, it may be located in the glove box, under the pass. side carpet or on the radio. The dealer might tell you where to look unless they're dinks and it can be looked up by VIN but you have to go to the dealer to prove ownership hope this helps you
